Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where Chloe's Curated Closet is registered, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

You and Chloe's Curated Closet agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
